Fatima is a very competent agent. We arrived from overseas with specific requirements (house size, backyard, favorite neighborhoods, commute time, a strict timeline to purchase). It was also during a competitive buyer's market that is still going on. She would send us house recommendations and showed us several houses in the course of a month , sometimes three or four a day. She was extremely patient, discreet, and answered all of our questions. Her recommendations and comments were not biased, and she would tell us when she thought there were problems, or the price was too high, or if it just wasn't the right house for us. In the end, she helped negotiate with the sellers and got us the house we really wanted. She also explained the process and documents for us first time US buyers.
